Brought the vehicle in on 3/28 at appointment time for standard maintenance. In addition, there was an airbag light on the dash that was going to take a little longer to diagnose and I would get a call when completed. Received a voice mail after 5 pm, service closed at that time so needed to leave the vehicle overnight. 3/29 received another voice mail, not a phone call about the airbag light. It was now off but need to test drive the vehicle to make sure it stays off and that there were no other issues. Was told a 40 mile test drive. Returned voice mail call to service, no answer so left a message. Had my wife stop her work for a ride and decided to drive in at 1:30pm to check status as no return call/voice mail from my message (12pm) on service voice mail. After arrival was told by Arthur, the vehicle was not ready as I had not returned the earlier voice mail. As there was no porter available, it would be another 45 minutes to an hour wait. Walked around the lot and sat in the waiting room. After 2pm, I walked up to the service counter again to check status and was told by Arthur the car was now ready. No one bothered to come talk to me in the waiting room or even call me about the vehicle being ready. After I get home and check email there is one from the service department at 2:11 stating the vehicle was ready. It seems communication can be improved which would save your customer's valuable time. I prefer a phone call and conversation to a direct voice mail message. My phone never rang and it was not made clear to me in the voice mail that I needed to "okay" the test drive before the vehicle would be ready. Even after my call back to the service department, that was not responded to, there was time to get the test drive completed prior to me showing up to check status at 1:30. Also a 40 mile test drive seems long just to check if a warning light comes back on. Thank you for allowing me to post my unsatisfactory experience and for your consideration in this manner.

Arthur answered every single question I asked him today satisfactory. He did the same a week & a half ago and I asked a bizillion questions then too. He walked me to the cafe. He didn't have to but you might require that. Asked about a display for Subaru Gear & showed me it is not on display during the renovation. He was great!

Mr. Torrez was very professional. He was very thorough with explaining what the technician would provide. He was patient with my questions and concerns. He provided me with tproblem solving the situation with my car. When the car again he was was complete in his explanatiopn with the results. He was vety patient with me.
