Arther went out of his way to make sure I was aware of the work needed, how it would be resolved, and followed up via phone when weren’t able to talk when I came through to pick up my vehicle. He went above and beyond. He is a great employee and representative of Subaru.
The shuttle service is a nice gesture, but nearly not worth offering if the intervals
of time between shuttle-runs are so sporadic and unreliable. Also, ending service at 3 pm is another bummer. I waited for over and hour to get a ride home only to realize that I wouldn’t get one back because the shuttle stopped
running. I’d strongly recommend coming up with a better scheduled and regulated shuttle service.
I was delighted to get my car back early. Arthur was prompt, communicated well with me, and followed through on a question I had. It was the best service I’ve ever had a Sierra.
