The only experience I did not appreciate is Daniel not asking if it was ok to remove my car key from the metal ring. He bent the ring open, and I can not get it to close. I realize you don't need the bigger ring the key & metal ring is attached to, but he could of released small ring from the larger. I had an overall better experience on our previous appointment with the younger service man.

Driver’s seat adjusted to fit tech or porter, and not adjusted back. Car delivered dirty on a $835.00 invoice; really? Key was handed to me upon delivery, car was nowhere to be found. I have come to expect more from this dealership; not happy today.

Jaime explained everything about the service to my Forester and if I had amy questions. I was more than satisfied with the experience. I will definitely bring back my Forester for service in the future.

Suggestion.with a service contract a complimentary car wash would be nice. Other quality brands provide this as a perk. Otherwise no complaints about service.

The shuttle service left me waiting for 45min but made up for it with a gracious attitude and a round trip home and back to get my car. The gals in the cafe were also very nice. Thanks for fixing my car on short notice.

I come to this dealership, despite it being a little out of the way, because my experience has always been exceptional over other dealers. I appreciated that the info was communicated clearly and honestly. He was patient and answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure one way or another when any decisions needed to be made. As long as I have exeperiences like this, I will continue to return and recommend.
