More signage about where to go and check in, lounge area, etc would be helpful for those you don’t visit often. I walked in and it took awhile before someone finally acknowledged me and let me know that Daniel would be assist me. Having more than one person working check in/service info would be helpful, especially with multiple phone calls, clients etc. Daniel was very professional juggling phone calls and interacting with walk-ins. He was very thorough in explaining every detail and following up. Thanks Daniel!
