DANIEL WAS AWESOME N COURTEOUS, VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. ADDENDUM : YESTERDAY, THE LIGHT ON THE DASHBOARD AND THE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM WAS DOWN FOR AN HOUR. IT IS GONNA BE ANOTHER WORRISOME PROBLEM. WHEN WE BRING IT IN TO SERVICE DEPT, DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR LABOR FEE ? CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED SHOULD GIVE US PEACE OF MIND TO DRIVE ON LONG DRIVE, NOW AT THE BACK OF OUR MIND, WE ALWAYS HAVE TO WORRY. WE TRUST SUBARU BRAND IMPLICITLY AND PLAN TO BUY ANOTHER SUBARU IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

Jaime is always great. That's why I always look for him. For some reason, the car was not washed yet when we came back to pick it up after 3 hours. Communication fell somewhere.

The car was returned with my screen settings deleted, and it is nearly impossible to figure out how to reset. Also, a cabin filter was replaced, but now the air conditioning when on is very loud and whistles at high settings. I will now have to return to fix these problems which is very inconvenient.
