Employees gossiping / use of curse language in front sales/ service staff. Service crew taking excessively long for a slow day to service car for a simple oil change. Was charged for touch up paint only to be told after 10 minutes of waiting that item wasn’t in stock. Refund was issued. Quality of even sales staff in conjuoning area of Subaru under construction were ignorant of basic answers to sales question on nearly every question I made for the new model of Subaru BRZ. My Appointment time was not taken seriously at all. Greeted with appointment time at 12:30 with an excuse that the mechanic will be back from lunch in about 15 mins. What’s up with that? I made an appointment based off a standard that Sierra Subaru gave me for available times. Overall the day was hot and slow much like service. I don’t understand what’s happened to this location as it’s become substantially poor in service than I was used to a year ago for even routine appointments. Very poor. 2 out of 10 rating for today.

A few years ago I swore never to return to Sierra. Your mgr wan condesending at best. At one point I was forced to go back to Sierra. I then metJaime and have been going back since then. He is kind and honest. As long as he is there I will continue to return. Thank You, Jaime.?Adriana S
