The cabin air filter was vastly overpriced. You charged me $82.17. I watched the technician change it from the waiting room window. It took him 15 seconds to sit in the passenger seat, pop the old one out and the new one in. When I got home, I checked the part on Amazon. Brand name filters are about $ 15. How do you justify this gouging of your customers?

I bought this car almost exactly three years ago. It has mileage on par with its age. I took it in for a diagnosis and it turns out I have to replace two O Rings for my AC! The car is three years old?!?! I’ve never heard of an AC having issues this early and I’ve owned all kinds of vehicles, (Honda, Lexus, VW, BMW). I’m extremely disappointed with subaru. Let me be clear, my service technician, Daniel, was professional and did his best to help. This is not to discredit him. Apparently, my car is just out of warranty? It’s a Subaru, I thought these were reliable. Even Kia gives you a 10 year warranty on things like this. I will definitely be looking at other vehicle options in the near future and will not be referring any family or friends to Subaru. Thank you and I appreciate the opportunity for feedback.
