Calling in to make an appt. was problematic as i had to call several times before anyone answered. Otherwise, once I got to my appt. everything was great. Your phone or computer routing system may need some work. Thanks

The staff is quite friendly and verry knowledgeable, Candace and Richard were very helpful, but I am a bit frustrated with the way my order was handled, i want to keep bringing my car back to this dealership for service, everyone here has been so far friendly and courteous. But, unfortunately my experience taking care of this scratched window has been unpleasant. I myself work in a mechanic shop, and from my experience a costumer should not have to be waiting as long as I have to get their vehicle serviced. I hope in the coming days the matter at hand finally gets resolved and the issue gets taken care off , hopefully this was just a minor hiccup, because I would hate to have to take my car to another dealership for service in the future, Thank you.

There must have been some miscommunication but the service took 2.5 hrs long and my wife/child were not notified when the car was ready. Our last service was about 1 hr. Service reps should communicate clearly what's being done and how long it should take so the customer can plan out their day. As a result, my wife was in a rush back home and late to work that day.
