Excellent, even though he had to deliver not always good news
I scheduled my car for a detailing service. It was there for the whole day. When I came to pick it up there was bug splatter on the front as well as sap drops on the hood and roof of the car. The interior was badly vacuumed and parts totally untouched. The service manager was trying to make excuses and did not seem to take me seriously. THE CAR WASNT EVEN WASHED/CLEANED PROPERLY! I had to talk with Jordan (salesman) to sort it out. I was so upset I didn’t even want to go into the service dept. when I finally picked up my cars.

Power steering pump was replaced under warranty, which is great.
But I also bought a new key for my 2012 Outback. That new key, and the key I left still work. But the 3rd key I had left at home during the repair seems to have lost its program/pairing from the car, so it no longer works. I emailed Daniel and the Sierra service email on Aug 8. But I did not get a reply.
This seems to be a pattern where your service folks are selective about what they reply to and what they do. I've asked them in the past to look into warranty coverage for specific issues. They told me - it's probably not covered - and didn't bother to actually ask Subuaru. I took this into my own hands and contacted Subaru myself and received a voucher to get the repair done.
Don’t contact me. I am not returning to a Sierra Subaru.
