Jaime was extremely helpful. I forgot to make an appointment so I arrived hoping I can still get my car in for the 12,000 mile service. Jaime made it quick, easy, and painless and my vehicle was done faster than I expected. The tech that worked on my vehicle, Xavier, was really knowledgeable and told me what was up with my Forester. Everything was excellent. I defintely reccommend Jaime and Xavier!

Jaime was all by himself today in the service department. Typically, there are 2-3 people working there but not this time. He was calling a customer when I got there, greeted me and helped me out and then greeted another woman who walked in while he was still helping me. He may have been overwhelmed but he certainly didn’t show it. I continue to be impressed by the customer service at this Subaru location. I hope Jaime gets some kind of recognition for his service today. My background is in HR and I think he should get a little compensation, monetary or otherwise. You don’t want to lose people like Jaime.
