Richard was very polite and easy to work with. I was originally told my compressor was going to take 2-3 hrs to fix. So I planned to just drop off my car and take a short 6 mike hike. When I arrived I was told it would take 3-4 hrs. Caught me off guard but Subaru washed my car free of charge so that was a nice gesture and my AC works like new again!
Richard was great. I was in a bit of a panic because I didn’t know what the warning lights meant and was concerned about how safe it was to be driving my car. It was late in the day. He took the time to have it checked and reassured me the problem was fixable. It was done on the spot. I really appreciated his willingness to help me out. It would have been much easier to tell me to come back another day but he didn’t. I will be bringing my car back for it’s regular maintenance sometime next week. Richard was evertything you would hope for when it comes to customer service. Thank you!!!

Even though I had an appointment I had to wait nearly 25 minutes to be helped. There was a second person at the desk the entire time. If I had had to go to work, this would not have worked for me.
