Richard was fabulous from start to finish. He even called me when I got home to make sure the clock was set correctly. You are fortunate at Subaru to have such a great service provider. I will recommend the Monrovia Subaru to all my friends. I even went over to the Sales and looked at other models for other family members!

Richard was very helpful, polite and treated me with dignity. He kept me updated on the status of my car and maintained great communication with me. I would like to bring to your attention that the phone lines were not working properly. For instance, on one occasion I spent 45 minutes navigating through the automated options provided by the recorded voice when I attempted to call Sierra Subaru. Thanks to Richard’s professionalism and genuine care, I was able to stay informed.

I was a horrible experience!!! I went there for an express oil change but you guys refused to provide that service, I was told to wait for 2 hours. Lucky the manager came out pled the Express so it was done in a timely fashion. You guys definitely need to work on your customer service!!!
