I would like to bring to your attention that the phone lines were not working properly. For instance, on one occasion I spent 45 minutes navigating through the automated options provided by the recorded voice when I attempted to call Sierra Subaru. Thanks to Richard’s professionalism and genuine care, I was able to stay informed.

I was a horrible experience!!! I went there for an express oil change but you guys refused to provide that service, I was told to wait for 2 hours. Lucky the manager came out pled the Express so it was done in a timely fashion.
You guys definitely need to work on your customer service!!!
