Although I did not have an appointment, I was there right at opening. It looked to me there was possibly two customers ahead of me. I realize that may not be the case, but I was there for 3 1/2 hours! This seemed quite unreasonable. Customers came and went. The rep was very nice and helpful, He had told me it would be about an hour and half, after all the preliminary paperwork was done.At two plus hours he came to tell me he would check on the status of my car. Turns out it had not even been looked at yet. once it was finally looked at, it was an hour and half to be done. Had I been informed that the time indicated would be once they looked at it, not from the time the car was taken back to the service area, I would have made arrangements to be picked up. Again the rep was very nice and helpful, I just wish the wait time indicated would have been more accurate so I could have planned accordingly. Please revisit this policy and consider making adjustments. I would have been ok had I been told my car would not be looked at until all appts had been taken care of but that was not told to me which was very disappointing..but I still love my Subaru!

Great Customer service! He was very attentive and professional. I was attended by him as soon as I dropped off and picked up the vehicle. Let me know when I need to return for repairs. Also gave me an estimated cost of what was covered with warranty and what wasn’t covered. Great experience!
