Jaime came through in the end. My car was in there 15 days instead of 4-5.
He covered all costs of the rental and first 8 days I had paid for extra insurance.
My appointment was scheduled for 8:00AM. After an hour of waiting from my appointment time,I spoke with Employee named Jordan, and asked him about why no one was working on my car, he replied that he did not know. I waited another 15minutes, and I noticed that my car was still in the same place. I went to look for a manager and l explained to her how long I had waited. She immediately instructed Jorden what to do, I picked up my car around 10:45 am.
At least should have provided an ETA for when parts are expected in.
Checking in was great, but my experience with the shuttle wasn’t so good.
Service was completed in less than an hour.
Jhordan reminded me that my car's service was complimentary, and that I had one more free oil change. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the car was ready sooner than expected!

Jaime was really professional and kept me up to date with my vehicle. This Subaru experience was better than my Glendale experience. Although, Glendale is closer to me, but I would make my drive to the Monrovia location because of Jaime Vega!

Jordan worked hard and had to overcome my momentary disappointment that the job wasn’t done the first day....and we’d already returned the rental car!! He was very concerned and really cared that we were as happy as possible! He’s a good guy to have at the front desk....easy to talk to and very pleasant!! We’ll be back!
