Jaime was fantastic. Bumped my service time up and got me in and out much faster. My only complaint. Which has NOTHING to do with Jaime is that I got to the courtesy drop off 11:05. I assumed I just missed the shuttle since the signs said every :30. I waited and waited. At 11:35 still no shuttle. I finally walked over to the Honda dealership since it was beside the pick up and ask what’s up. They had no idea why but called about it. 11:45 and someone (a guy who isn’t even a shuttle driver) drove me home. I’m not sure what happened or why but it seems like there needs to be a better system in place so drivers know people are waiting or they check more often.
Jhordan - was Amazing - He greeted me right away - Took me inside and asked me what I was in for . I had told him I was early for my appointment but that didn’t bother him ! He took my information , and I was good to go ! I ate breakfast at the diner next door and after I was finished the car was ready ! I was out the door before I knew it - Your company should be very proud of Jhordan - He is a 5 star employee in my book - Give the man a raise !! Thank you Jhordan !! Best Regards , Mr. Ross I

Jordan was very helpful and friendly. He completely explained what was involved with the service appointment and pointed out other items that needed to be taken care of including replacement of my windshield wipers and a brake light that was out (I was surprised the care didn't notify me of the brake light outage). I was very satisfied with Jordan and the service.
While my outback was at you dealership for about a month for an $8,000 transmission replacement Sierra was kind enough to lend me a loaner which was greatly appreciated, but I had mentioned to the service representative to call me when the car would be worked on to see if there was anything else that may need fixing or replacing, I was looking to get an oil change while it was there, it wasn’t pitched or mentioned, the wiper fluid light was on, I know this is a cheap item I would’ve been happy to pay for, and lastly although the car wash was half fast, better than no wash thank you, the inside wasn’t even touched with a vacuum, I wasn’t looking for a detail but I think that when a customer gets a car back from a dealer with a large job done, they should get a clean car in return.
