Service took long then expected. When I dropped off my car this the Sierra Subaru representative helping me quoted me 2hour - 2 1/2 hour wait. The service took almost 6 hours. This made me very upset and to top it off I was over charged. Before going to Sierra Subara I called La Puente Subaru and they quoted me the same service for $149 dollars lower. Before driving off the Sierra Subaru the inside of my car smelled really bad. The oder smelled like sweat like someone was in car for a while. I had to stop by a near by gas station to by a car air freshener. Overall was not happy with the service and most likely won’t ever return to Sierra Subaru:

I was very happy when I left your dealer today because I thought they did everything that they were supposed to do and finished earlier than they told me, and the advisor was super nice. but then when I went to the car wash after, I opened the hood and noticed they did not fill the windshield washer fluid. It was about a quarter full. It made me think maybe they did not even fill the brake fluid, coolant and rotate the tires like they were supposed to. the trust was lost. When I Looked at the paperwork and it said washer fluid was checked OK and Filled and it wasn't. Made me wonder if he just forgot, took shortcuts,just checked them all off or maybe because it was a free service when I bought the car, that I didn't deserve the full service. Even though it is a small thing, it made me wonder if they really do all the things that are listed when u get service. I am very disappointed since I heard such good things on CarPros on the radio. The first time I went there I saw a service driver rear end another customers car and it made me not want to go back , but I know accidents do happen and thought I'd give it another chance,,but now I don't want to go back there. I'm going to have to try another dealer.

A last minute, unexpected need for service prompted a call. And though there was no way to get us in on the day, Jaime provided great guidance and options including putting on the schedule for 7:00 am the next morning for "the first vehicle any technician would look at". He also helped us to be able to negotiate how to drop our car off with the Sales Manager, after service had closed for the night. In the morning, Jaime pinged right after 7:00 to let us know a technician was starting on our car. Then a mere 30 minutes later he called to let us know everything was done and a-ok. No one ever wants to have to take their car in for service. But if every service event followed Jaime's playbook the world would be a far less stressed place. Jaime made us feel welcome and attended to and [way beyond just] helpful. He defined what sevrice should be, and every other other Sierra employee I interacted with -- switchbaord, sales manager, etc -- had the same persona. Well done Jaime. Well done Sierra Subaru.
