I was so delighted with EVERYTHING and EVERYONE at Sierra Subaru that I’m moving my business for our two Subarus to Sierra!
I had a 10:30 appointment. I arrived promptly. There was a line out the door. Jordon was alone attempting to process these customers as best he could with good humor. My car was parked at 10:32m near a service bay and was not moved into a bay until 12:30pm. At 1:15pm I was advised my car was being brought around. I was able to leave your facility at 1:25pm. I noted to Jordan that at all time during the three hours I was walking around the facility, two service bays were empty and unused. Jordan was courteous and professional. Much unnessary pressure is being place on him. Stacy, in the sales building was the perfect ambassador for Sierra Subaru. She was gracious, and apologetic for Sierra. The various employees at Sierra I have interacted with have all been friendly and interesting people. However, I must conclude these fine folks are not sufficiently supported by management.

For my first-ever service with Subaru, I was initially disappointed with the service. I stood around for 8 minutes before being greeted, and at one point, a service rep looked directly at me, only to then pickup a phone and make a call. After his call, he still didn’t greet me, but opted to take his lunch break instead.
If it wasn’t for Jordan Borla, I probably wouldn’t consider taking my new Subaru back to this service center. Jordan appropriately triaged a customer that was waiting to pickup her vehicle, but was kind enough to let me know he’d help me next. Jordan was professional and apologetic and redeemed what would’ve been a disappointing visit. This dealership needs more employees like Jordan, who clearly stood out amongst everyone else today.
