Complete disaster. I arrived at designated time and needed 3 things done, Oil change, install short throw shifter, and recall problem . I was told before that I would get a rental car because the Installation of the shifter would take time. the person I set the appointment told me it would not be a problem. But when I arrived your service person tried his best not to give me the loaner car. then I was told the part that I purchased was used for another car or sent back and would need to be ordered again. then I was told my car would have the oil change and the recall done. I told my service agent I had a 9AM appointment with one of my clients based upon my assumption that I would get the loaner and be out of there by 8:30. I was told about the shifter and then agreed to wait for the oil change and recall services done. I called my client to tell them I was going to be late. I didn't get my car until 9:30. The service mechanic couldn't get the recall to take and left my screen unusable, I use my vehicle for work and need the navigation screen, this was unacceptable. the service person finally said he'd give me the loaner. By the time I left there I was an hour late for my appointment with one of the presidents of the Rose Parade!! When I arrived for my appointment my client was very angry and I had to reschedule that appointment and lost my income for that appointment. I almost lost the client as well. All because of your service center. For my first visit to a Subaru service this was a complete disaster. I found that there was complete lack of good communication and service. and I still have to come back for the installation of the short throw shifter I had purchased with the car. At least now I know what to expect from Subaru, expect very little.
Jame always provides excellent personal service when I come in. He is the best service attendant you have at that location.

Did not ask if I had any concerns with how the car was performing or if I had any concerns. I had to initiate by asking service to check certain things. I didn’t feel my concerns were acknowledged but rather indicating that recall software upgrade will take cate of all concerns.

Jhordan was friendly and considerate of time constraints I was worried about. My car was ready 90 minutes earlier than expected. I really appreciated Jhordan's ability and desire to satisfy the customer's needs.
