Jordan was very helpful and explained what would be done in the service followed by what was accomplished filling the maintenance work. The service was speedy and was completed within one hour and ten or 20 minutes. I thank Jordan for his follow through. I appreciate the service.

The shuttle however was disappointing .. it never arrived, it was so cold on that day.
Some confusion about my appointment and parts having been ordered...but Jaime worked his magic and made it all happen... so grateful because we drove 6 hours for the appointment and weer on a timeline with COH that wasn’t flexible.

I am always extremely happy with the service jaime provides. Escpecially this last visit as i had to arrive right at 6 when you guys closed.
Even though I arrived a bit early she quickly helped me and got my car checked in. And the work was finished earlier than expected.
As this was my second visit and I expected the same as before, you met my expectations.
Jaime is the best. Came in to service my vehicle. Let me know everything was still in great condition and nothing I should be worried about yet. I felt like a VIP when I brought my vehicle and and how fast it came out. Very satisfied!

Mr. Borla was great. I was disappointed that I had to wait over 3 hours. I had my last Subaru serviced at a different dealership, and with an appointment I was usually out of there in under 2 hours.
