I had appointment for a oil change,unfortunately it took 2.5 hrs. later when they started working on the car!! What is the purpose for having an appointment?? The service also included rotation of the tires,and the next morning I happen to check the tire pressure,and found that the front tires were under inflated,and rear over inflated by 2 lbs. I am very positive that the tires were not checked by the your tech. I check my car tires often(approx.5 weeks interval). While waiting for my service to be done,I spoke to a couple of your clients,and and din't hear any positive comments about your service!!!

Not impressed with the so called multi point inspection which didn’t find the axle problem I had. Also there seemed to be no knowledge of my factory and extended warranty by the service department until I mentioned it.

Olivia was great, however the actual service was lacking. I had my first service (6000mi) performed along with several recalls and a few other smaller issues. The car is now missing trip meter “B” after performing the recall and when I picked up the vehicle and left the dealership, I noticed a strong exhaust/burning oil smell as I started driving away. I thought it was from the truck in front of me, so I figured I’m the smell would disappear after I was no longer following him. Unfortunately the smell didn’t go away, and was actually getting stronger, even after taking the freeway to try and air out the car for 1 exit. At that point I called Olivia back and tell her something is wrong and there was a strong smell that was starting to make me dizzy. I proceeded to drive back to Sierra, and she met my by the service station as I pulled in. She brought the car to the tech and came back telling me there was some oil that spilled and that was the cause of the smell. The technician was going to power wash off the oil and hopefully get the smell out. I believe there must have been a pretty big mess under the hood, as it took about 45min to get the car back to me. The technician said they pressure washed the car and that most of the smell should be gone. I believed him, and drove away. As I drove home, there was still a faint smell, but tried to air it out by driving with the windows open. When I get home, I checked under the hood. It looks like it was wiped down a bit, but you can still see there was residual fresh/clean oil that had sprayed the underside of my hood as well as several other areas where the oil spilled. After parked for a minute, the entire garage smelled of toxic burning oil and/or exhaust smell. I’m extremely upset that this has occurred (especially after the very first service on the vehicle) and no one had mentioned that oil had been spilled in the engine bay while performing the service, let alone it was not cleaned up and I was allowed to leave with such a strong smell coming from the car. Had I not turned back, I could have very well passed out from the fumes. I’m also concerned how a spill like this was overlooked. It makes me question your service departments ability to perform any other work. Changing oil is almost as simple as it gets, yet messing up this badly does not give me much confidence as a customer. I tried calling the dealership after I got home, but it seems like you guys were already closed at the time. I want to give you guys a chance to resolve this, so I hope someone can reach out to me tomorrow. Thank you
