Efficiency in processing. shuttle service is very nice. warranty covers all my repairs, no dispute. would be nice if there is car wash.

Olivia didn't call me to let me know the car was ready. When I arrived because my friend dropped me off early, the car was already ready, but Olivia didn't tell the other representative, who didn't know to expect me so she accidentally tried to give me the wrong key. It all worked out in the end because she found my key, but it was a slight glitch

Jhordan provided amazing service and was extremely courteous. There was an issue with one of the windshield wipers and he made sure that it was taken care of. Can’t thank him enough...whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough!
