My Subaru Forester needed to be checked and repaired by a technician because of a recall. I was out of there in an hour! Plus the waiting room facilities and cafe are clean and hospitable. Finally, the staff are always polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff was professional and friendly, premises were clean and comfortable. Just that my check tire indicator light went on the next day as the tire pressure was low and the shuttle that was supposed to make stops every half hour did not show up from10:59 to past. 12

I was very, very satisfied with Jaime and the mechanic (Bobby?). I had to get to a doctor's appointment and they made sure I made it on time. I was very please with the service!

I expect my service representative to be my advocate. I found that my warranted issues were not adequately resolved, but were expressed as as design. Leaving my tail gate open for hours with all the lights off in the interior of the car SHOULD NOT drain the car battery. It does not drain the battery in the Honda Odyssey. This is a family car and having the tail gait open for hours is a responsible thing and SHOULD NOT drain the battery.

I made an appointment for the oil service for 2 PM. I was checked in at 2:20 and the car was finished around four. None of this was Mr. Vegas fault, As the department was too busy to have confirmed the appointment; but then again I feel appointments should have priority over non-appointments.
