Not sure how the repair went because it was a recall for a problem that had not yet happened. Jaime was courteous however the repair took longer than I was told and there was not a loaner car available. Would also have been good to know that Monrovia has a Lyft discount code for $1 Lyft group rides. Code is GoMonrovia. Lastly, my center console tray with belongings was dumped on the floor of the passenger seat. It is my wife's car so I do not yet know if anything is missing

The cafe was amazing. I had missed breakfast and was glad to be able to get more than coffee. I have brought my car in for service previously and Candis was the first person to show me where it was.

While everyone was very nice, it was a bit of a frustrating experience. Because of a software update that had to happen, I was told the latest appointment I could was 2pm. When I got there, I said I was there for my 12k service and that update. The person helping couldn't find anything like that in the system. Eventually, he was able to locate it and they started working on the car. I had requested pricing on a replacement part and he said he would work on getting me that, but I had to follow up about an hour later. Eventually, he came back and said the part would be around $25. I asked if they'd be able to pop the part in (it was the plastic piece that goes over the fog light), he said it's be $25 for that. I asked him to order the part and I'd pop it in myself, and confirmed how late they're open to pick up the part once it comes in, he said 6pm. When the car was ready, I got my keys. The car was unwashed (this is the only dealership I've ever taken my car to be serviced at that routinely doesn't wash cars), and after getting about a block away, I realized that my Android Auto was not working. Bluetooth was connecting just fine, and the app was working on my phone, but wouldn't appear on the car screen. I turned around and came back. When I explained the situation to the man who was helping me, he turned around and told a tech that I needed help setting up my Bluetooth (although I had explicitly said the Bluetooth was fine). He was unable to help, and got someone over from the sales side. After tinkering with it, we eventually got it to work, but it took over half an hour, and basically lucked into a resolution. On Thursday, I came back after work a bit before 5:30pm and was told that Parts had closed so I'm unable to pick up the pre-paid part, although I had specifically asked how late I could pick up the part. With someone else's help, it turns out that the main parts area was still open and I could get my part from there, so I was able to get it and popped the part in then and there.

All was good. Just wish the time estimate given (1.5-2hrs) would have been honored, or when the time passed, I wouldn’t have to go to the counter to learn that it’ll take 20 more minutes. I ended up leaving about 3 hours after getting there, with the representative suggesting that I should have expected delays given this was a Saturday. I would not be upset about this, if the 3 hour time estimate was given from the very beginning. Otherwise the service was great!

Another customer and I were next to each other in line for the same recalled brake light switch. His car was finished before 11am. Mine took until 12:30pm. Why?

The rep was fine I was just disappointed the length of time it took to fix the recall item that it took to fix my rear light switch. I had an appointment for 11 am I will was early and it still took three hours to fix it. Had I been informed ahead of time of the length of time I could have made arrangements. On the recall letter it did say the replacement would take about half an hour to fix
