The shuttle service was worse than terrible. It more than 20 minutes late for the outward trip to your suggested destination of the mall. Then it took just scant two hours for the pick up from the same destination when we called after our car was ready.

Nothing too special. The rep was very friendly and provided status of the vehicle. Understanding the estimate completion time was an estimate, it took more than half an hour to wrap up. Others seem to have their cars ready on time.
He was personable and efficient
Poor customer service. Lack of communication between the service agent and myself. Was told my Subaru would be there for a week. That week turned into a month and that month turned into almost two months. I had to call and ask how my car was doing. Will never go to Sierra Subaru again
Jaime is always courteous. He applied a discount after I asked if any discount was available even though I had no idea if such a discount existed.
The service and Jaime was excellent. I was somewhat surprised by the labor cost of nearly $800 dollars. I would have appreciated an estimate of that cost upfront!
A great service staff, Steven was extra appreciated. We were interrupted during a long family vacation and stopped in for a diagnostic check. It confirmed an issue we presumed and needed to cut the trip short to swap cars and have our home dealer fix the issue. Much better than left on the side of the toad.
