Jaime is extremely knowledgable on all aspects of my FORESTER. THIS IS MY 4TH ONE, Jaime has been my service advisor since he been with Sierra, I've not had an advisor anywhere this good. And, he always greets me with a smile and greeting. Please make sure you keep him working there.

Jessie was great but our experience so far with Sierra has been poor. The tire insurance plan we were sold is NOT what we were promised. When we purchased the car we payed for an alarm system, it was never installed. There were minor issues with the car that we were told would he repaired. 6 months later, they still have not been handled. I called and tried to schedule service for the brake recall, we were never called back. Jessie was able to help set up this appointment when I was there last.

I did not get any of my questions answered. Not only did he not have any knowledge, he didn’t even try to get the answers!! Very disappointed in Subaru!! I would not buy another Subaru.

I am confused as to why I, a supporting client of Subaru (Sierra) cannot have a copy of the items to be covered on the 30,000 mile service. I would like to see the list before the service. It is not found in our manual. My friend and I have found this service for less tha 600$. Sorry a coupon of 20$ or so dollars is not impressive. The service for today (recall for brake light) was handled efficiently. Although I had to remind them to check something that was listed on the work order. Nancee

Wait time was supposed to be 1.5-2 hrs and ended up being over 4 hrs. I understand it was a busy day, but that’s a significant difference.
