I accidentally got my dates mixed up and came a day early! Rafael was able to squeeze me in anyway and the service was done promptly. My car was even washed when I came to pick it up. Really amazing service and I will make sure I keep coming back :) thanks!!!

I asked for a call back 3X with 3 different employees to let me know if the service I was scheduled for was under warranty but NO ONE ever called me back! Found out that it was not under warranty when I showed up for the appointment! Worst customer service ever!

I went in for an oil change but the service department left a scratch on my car. After numerous times of trying to contact the service manager and Rafael Ibarra, I had to go in person to resolve an issue. I went there every day for 4 days until the service manager was finally there. They tried to buff out the scratch but to no avail. It is still there and I am extremely disappointed. I will be contacting corporate to try to resolve the issue even further.
