Our service writer Rafael, was helpful and polite and I wouldn’t mind having him help us again. It was our experience with the warranty process was less than satisfactory. While two of the three items on our repair list for this visit were fixed, the third item, an issue with the automatic window function, was not fixed under warranty and was billed to me when I picked up the car. My issue with this is that the issue had occurred before and the first time we brought the issue to the dealer to be fixed, it was fixed under warranty without issue. However, as Rafael explained it to me, It was ineligible to be fixed under warranty this time because of window tint. The tint was not an issue when I had it previously repaired under warranty and the car is exactly the same today as it was then. And I am unaware of any special good will repairs or favors being done for me the first time we had an issue with the window. We purchased the Subaru gold extended warranty for issues just like this but are disappointed in the outcome for this relatively minor issue. Our experience was fine overall, the repairs were done quickly and Rafael was helpful but the warranty process was disappointing.

This was my first time using Sierra Subaru and I had a great experience. My car was done within the expected 3 hour window despite needing more work than expected. Everyone was very friendly and polite and the facilities were great - I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. Thank you for all the hard work!

Couldn’t have been better. My car was checked in right away. I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait all afternoon. The paperwork showed all the services that were done. I’ll be back!
