Steven is the representative I have been seeing since I brought my SUV to Monrovia for service 2 1/2 years ago. He is always helpful, polite and thorough. I bought my car new September 2018. It has had problems starting a year after I bought it that are uncommon in a new car. He has done his best to resolve them.

The 12 month maintenance was thorough and faster than normal. I had an appointment and was able to easily keep it because my schedule needs must’ve been communicated to the mechanic.My only question, where was the usual coffee machine. Missed this service

Speedy service on the day of visit
Jamie was wonderful at letting me know what was going on with my car. I am pretty sure Daniel is the gentleman who greeted me at my car and he was very helpful also. Over all loved it and have my appointment for the next check up!
Car wasn’t washed and not sure if that’s your normal practice but was never offered even though my normal Subaru dealership does it. My car had spare tire packing foam still in back seat after tired installed ready to go Jamie did offer to put it back but how is that extraordinary? The paper floor mat smelled like vomit (smelled like old plastic handle screwdrivers if you know what I mean). Overall wasn’t an unpleasant experience but I doubt I’d ever go back to your service department if I can help it.
IMHO the only reason I would get service from a dealer rather than a normal mechanic would be service and no I did not feel like the service merits the premium. No water or drinks, no car wash, car smelled like vomit from floor mat, packing foam of tire in back seat after repair was complete and I had my keys ready to drive off, I was told I couldn’t just drop by to get my tire fixed and called in my appointment for the tire through your service department when I showed up it wasn’t on file at all nor was the notes that she claimed to put in saying I had the equity shield insurance.
As for what was done right Rep honored my free oil service that my other dealership as a courtesy extended because of covid even though initially he told me he wasn’t and said to talk to them, the tire repair was completed seems to be fine and I haven’t checked under the hood yet but I figure the oil change was done.
I was happy that everything was done correctly that I had discussed with Jamie. I also appreciated that you had a taxi or Lyft pick up my wife to take the car.
I can always count on Jaime, he’s the best!
