The lady who was responsible for my service was more concerned with talking to her colleagues, cleaning her desk and complaining about how poorly she felt before she would acknowledge me. Two co workers called her attention to me before she paid attention. Once she was helping me she was distracted and her colleague took over and guided her through the process. I have no problem with associates needing to learn, but her demeanor was not helpful.

The only complaint I have is that they didn't wash my car after the service. They don't do it before either.

The 24,000 mile service was not complete; missing tire rotation and missing and missing air filter(s) which are suppose to be part of the 24K service agreement.

I enjoy service at Sierra Subaru because it’s about making the customer happy but most importantly to have safe driving. This is what I feel when I take my car in for service. Jaime is thorough and makes recommendations mostly because of my safety. If the car had a recall he is on it. If the car needs anything he is honest about how much longer I can drive before I need tires, etc...or he says it’s time now. Thank you!
