I never was told until today that the first four scheduled services ( 6...12...18...24,000 miles) were free at Sierra Subaru. I wish I had known that. If that is true I will be bringing my Outback to your service center for sure... who knew!

Rafael was awesome. He answered all my questions regarding the timing of scheduled services. I was completely clueless because this is my first Subaru and it runs so well that I usually don’t give too much thought about service. He also took time to explain all the work and tests that were done. Thank you Rafael for the excellent service!

Jaime does a good job. My problems happen when he is not there. Raphael would not releas my car the other day when I arranged to have another person picking up. The car was paid by Subaru America and warranty. He would not release the car without a payment, and when told about the warranty he simply said I can’t release the car. No attempts to look into it, just No. his attitude was inappropriate, and because of this, I will no longer buy cars from Sierra Subaru.
