My TPMS SENSOR was on day of my service, and I thought my tire was low on pressure, it only needed some air. After I picked up my car, I was informed everything was checked and that everything is in excellent condition. The sensor was off but went back on after one day. I took it to a auto shop and within two minutes the mechanic found out that there’s a nail in the driver side front tire. This is a problem which could be easily detected while my car was at the service. Therefore I am not satisfied with my experience and the lack of checking my tires throughly. It could become a serious safety issue. Thank you.

Steven was awesome. Always reaching out every day to give me an update on my car. I really appreciate that. He went above and beyond to keep me in the loop instead of just calling me days later to tell me I can get my car. If I ever need anything from a Subaru dealer again I'd definitely go back.

Worst expierence of my life with this dealership. Used to go to Sierra Honda and didn't have anything this bad happen there. I get we're all human and we can make mistakes but when someone apologizes for misscheduling and blames their training and then drops the news that the dealership dropped the garage door on your car, about an hour after it was supposed to be ready, you don't feel too great. Also the repair was terrible and I can still see several dents on top of my spoiler. Not happy at all. On top of that, the fact they called me for a review before I had even picked up my vehicle was just insult to injury.
