He was very accommodating and took care of my tire change even though I arrived at closing. I thought service was open til 9pm because these were the only hours I saw online. Rafael provides excellent service and even ensured my recall was handled during my service ensuring I didn’t need another trip back.

Mariela properly estimated my wait time,(to check my car's tire)though due to a need to replace the tire, additional time was added on. She kept me apprised of every finding and made clear the additional costs involved with needing a replacement tire.She kept in contact via cell phone and made certain I knew the wi-fi instructions.

So friendly, so helpful and I won’t go to puente hills ever again haha. Rafael arranged for a lyft to take me to get my nails done while I waited when I was gonna get an Uber myself.
