The service team was great. But I am very unhappy that my brand new car had a damaged mechanical and electrical problems with the rear lift door . The service team patched together a temporary solution but my lift door doesn’t work properly. The car is one week off the lot!

Jaime was cool. But they didn’t clean or vacuum the inside or outside of my car nor put the next oil change sticker on my windshield. Not a deal breaker or anything, but when I drop a grand on auto repairs at a dealership, I expect to pick up a clean car. I did call Jaime from the road and he said they’d give me a free clean when I was next in the neighborhood

No one called me to tell me my car was ready , I texted and called multiple times but couldn’t get through I had to show up right before closing and no one seemed to know why I wasn’t notified
