Great service friendly knowledgeable staff
Mariela was great. I called to make an appt for a particular service item requiring a specific tool that had not been available yesterday when I was at the dealership. Told that the tool was available I brought the car in. I was told it would take about an hour. After an hour I followed up. Turned out the service Dept did not have the tool ...but would get it right away. I was told “Just wait another 30 minutes.” It actually took another hour. At least I was not charged.
Everything finished within promised time
Jaime Vega was great. Saw that I was there at 6:50 am prior to the official opening time.
He took care of me right away, noting I was a customer waiting.

Jaime had assured me I could just pop in and get my remote antenna put on in 10 minutes. He made it sound like I didn’t even need an appointment. But I made one.
The mistake was yours ... not putting it back on after replacing my windshield. We made the trip from Mammoth to Newport Beach then made a special detour to Monrovia... it took 2 hours to fix. Boo hoo. Not exceptional but glad it’s on in time for winter!
I disagree with the diagnosis on my hybrid crosstrek regarding low gas mileage which I was told that the mileage I’m getting is correct for driving in California. So why advertise up to 90 miles empg in California dealerships? I’m very dissatisfied with the car I bought.

I arrived at my set appointment time and was immediately taken care of. My wife and I were provided a ride by Lyft to a local Denny’s. The dealership cafe was under remodel at this time. We were told the service time would be an hour and half. He called right at that time to say the service was complete. Steve was the one I worked with on my prior servicing for an oil change and he notice that I was charged for what should have been a free oil change. He extended that offer to me which I appreciate the honesty it’s very important to me. He easily could have kept quiet. Thank you.
I must say that service provided was excellent the representatives there were courteous and offered to any answer any questions that may have made one of sales representative help me with questions I had towards maintenance the time I had while waiting went so fast and I enjoyed the coffee you have there.
