Was almost exceptional, but I had asked the clock be set. It wasn’t, and 2 people couldn’t do it. I finally figured it out, but I expected the Subaru people to know how to do it. One even commented that several people had been in for that. But the service was good and everyone was pleasant.

Fast service and very informative
Steven's lack of knowledge on cars resulted in having my claim denied. He also stated that Safeguard would cover the flywheel and labor so therefore I told him to take it apart. He could have said they might deny the claim but he was certain there was damage to the flywheel so they will cover it. Well, they didn't cover it and left me with the bill and paying out of pocket. The design failure was common on these vehicles and Subaru should have covered it in the first place. Then you guys me charged 10 hours worth of Labor for a job that should have been less than 8 hours and not even 8 hours. Then you guys couldn't even provide a loaner car. It would take up to 10 minutes over the phone to get someone even to answer! The only thing helpful was the technician backing me up saying this was a problem before I bought the car. No one backed me up or tried to fight for repair that Subaru should have backed up. I will never go here again and I will make sure anyone I meet knows how you guys provide terrible customer service while ridiculously over charge. I can't believe you just charge how many hours you feel like instead of going by the book and how long it takes to do a job.
Mariela was great. Explain Ed everything. Very pleasant attitude. Veichle was ready when promised. Only confusing thing was that she was the only express person and to line up by her.
