Whereas the gentleman sitting next to her was giving responses about the services I asked about that were unfounded based on my needs. He seemed dishonest and only interested in getting me to obtain services which as it turned out based on the inspection report would have been unnecessary.

Dropped car off on Tuesday. As of Thursday afternoon, had not received a call about status of car. Called mariela, she had to check with service sept, did not call me back. Friday morn I received voicemail that car was done and ready. Called back twice before I was provided the details.
