Night drop off process worked well. Jaime called me several times to keep me updated and called when the work was completed so that I could pick my car.
Mariela was great. My car is another story. You guys couldn't figure out why my car that is supposed to get 22-26 mpg is getting 14.2 mpg after 6 months. You told me you couldn't do anything and to call Subaru USA. I wonder what they will say about that when I call them.
I enjoyed meeting and working with Steven to get my recall work done. One more appointment next week and it will be complete.
Only feedback is that it is annoying that you have to wait to deal with the person that checked you in when you pick up your car. You have to wait for the individual to be available, even when there are two others sitting dormant at their stations. Suggest you also stop telling customers that it will be 90 min for an oil change and rotation. It’s been 2.5 hours for my last 4 visits.
Someone changed all the radio stations. Thank you for washing my car but a quick vacuum of the front seat floors would have been nice ???? Steven was very nice and helpful! ????

Well organized. The person helping me, a female, was very efficient. Waiting room very comfortable. I waited for my car and it was going to be two hours but it ended up 2 1/2 hours instead.
