I was dissatisfied with the length of time I waited for just a minor maintenance on my car which is an oil change and standard routine insp. My appt. was at 8:30am which I came around 8:15am. I was told that my car will be done at 11:00am but did not happen. When I followed up at 11:30 my car was still not ready so I still have to wait. I think that no one was working on my car all that time until I had to asked at 11:30. My car was finally done at 1:30pm. I waited for 5 hours just for for an oil change. I wish that I get a better treatment since it always cost me a lot of money and time everytime I go there for my car service.

Everyone was super nice, paperwork and scheduling was very organized and painless to deal with. Only thing I was not aware of prior to dropping off my car was that you offered Uber or Lyft to get me where I needed to be. Will use it next time. Thanks!
You over charge for maintenance. I received a coupon from Subaru for multipoint inspection but was told I could not use it. I was not asked if I had received any coupon upon drop off. Other than mandatory recalls I will not be bringing my vehicle back for regular maintenance.
Steven Gomez was very understanding and helpful. I appreciate that he constantly kept me updated on the inspection and repair of my 2016 STI.

Great customer service; however, why does an oil change, with an appointment, take two hour. My last oil change, also with an appointment, also took two hours.
Always want to request Jamie as our service person because he provides a through check on our vehicles.

There’s one thing I was disappointed with. I like to keep my car clean and the inside driver’s side on the entry floor edge was filthy, as if the person working on the car did not place a protective covering. Now I have to take it to the car wash to get that clean. I would have informed Rafael but I didn’t notice it until I arrived home.
