Steven was great. Clear communication, quick service through express lane. In house wash would be nice, but the carwash drive through made up for it.

Mariela (sp?) was very helpful during check-in. The car was finished on time and under budget! Ephram in the Parts Dept. was extremlhy helpful - he put in my key fob batteries and was very nice.

I had put in my own lights to illuminate the flooring of my vehicle. They removed them and did not put them back where they are supposed to be. I now have to add more tape and fix them myself. They also removed my battery but did not clean the terminals before connecting them again and now my dashboard does not work properly.

Initial oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Scheduled appointment at 3:15PM, arrived 5 minutes late, and the service was completed at 3:50PM. Speedy and at ease service.

Car returned with the key not working for some reason? Did not have this problem when I brought the car in. Won’t lock or unlock doors. Manual lock buttons only working intermittently. This was not reason for service and the locks and key worked fine before I brought it in.

From checking in, to getting shoufered back to get my car, felt like white glove service someone would get from an exotic auto dealer. The staff is very knowledgable and courteous in making this polrocess feel easy and creating comfort in knowing my service issues were propertly assessed.
