Within minutes of leaving the dealership all my check engine and lights came on again. Now I have to return to get it checked again. The service by the employees was great and very attentive but I’m frustrated that my lights are still on and I have to return another day to get it re-checked.
The service was fast even though I didn’t have an appointment, because I got a flat tire.
Mariela was extremely helpful and made getting my car maintained easy and simple by providing good explanations and went above in beyond in customer service by making arrangements for me to get my car even though I was arriving after the service department was closed for pick up. I feel like my car was well taken care of with the routine maintenance and happy the way it drives.
The oil change I had scheduled took nearly 3.5 hours!!

Everything went well today. The problem was a phone call that I made to your store two days ago. The super friendly lady explained to me that if I want the 30 minute recall completed I would need to leave the car all day because the dealer had determined that the 30 minute job is not actually takes all day. I’ve verified with Subaru that the job actually takes 30 minutes.
I called again yesterday I was told I could bring my car in before 10 AM but this time I ask for service and the 30 minute recall job completed. It was all done within a couple of hours. There needs to be a way that you can schedule this quick service without providing the generic answer that the recall takes all day

I felt that the service was good and I trust you to do your best. I just don’t like that I always have to wait more than two hours every time even with an appointment!!!
