The service was wonderful. When there was a problem they admitted the mistake and we moved on. Sierra Honda would never do this. The service staff is very professional and helpful. The Best service team in the San Gabriel Valley.
Steven was great. Two other people at different times tried to sell me parts and services that were covered under my warranty. Disappointing that I had to be knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance, warranties, and engines to call them out on it. Otherwise I was going to be charged $2500 and $1100 respectively for warranty services and mistakes made fixing the first repair. Not to mention that the head gasket repair took almost 2 months to complete. Overall, Steven is and was awesome. Some of the other staff should probably have to answer some serious questions, be more thoroughly vetted, or your procedures should be checked for predatory sales.
Fast service, professional, and very helpful
When I showed up for service about 10 days ago, the recall was supposed to happen then. But the parts were not in. So I come back 10 days later in the morning. The car is supposed to be done around noon. Then I get a call that it will be later in the day (4p), then it is 5p, and then it is next day, due to overscheduling of the tech's time, as I am told. I don't like when people disregard the importance I need to put on my time.
To its defense, Subaru tried to amend the situation somewhat by delivering the car to me the next day. But overall, I am still disappointed with how I was treated.
Tho it took a few minutes to get me checked in, the work on my car was done in a timely manner. Thanks!
