Took way too long and we were kept in the dark about what was happening. Took entire morning and part of afternoon for a simple 6000 mile oil change. Very unhappy

I thought that the attention to detail in all aspects of the service from getting to the service and having the work done was excellent. I felt that the environment had changed .Less noise. More a sense of purpose . I don’t know if that makes sense. Maybe a better sense of team work.

For the most part it was a good experience, I had to wait longer than I expected but overall Jaime was very attentive and made sure I was informed of what was happening with my vehicle and why it was taking so long. I am glad that you have people like him working at this location .
