Didn’t compete the job not once but twice. And tried to send me out on a car that was brought in for a recall item and then it was not taken care of. To send someone out in a car that came in for a recalled part out on to the street is dangerous.

We ended up having to pay over $100 for the loaner car, to cover auto insurance, and the loaner is far below the the Outback being recalled in term of quality, while we did not have to pay a single cent for a loaner when we had a recall by Honda and we also had the opportunity of learning about the quality of another Honda model which we subsequently purchased.
