I called and spoke with a woman shortly after my Son picked up my car. There was damage don't to the casing around the radio and I didn't want them to say it was me so I had him take it back as she directed to "see what parts need to be ordered". I asked her to notate my account/profile so they wouldn't give him a hard time. However they did, and there was no note, or the gentleman who was handling it was not notified. I called back and explained everything, was put on hold for the "service manager" and ultimately sent to a voicemail.

Mariela promised to have my car ready by 3:30 and it was ready to go by 3pm. I appreciated how friendly she was and how clean the waiting area is.

Steven Gomez took my car in for diagnostics due to the panel under my car had detached on Thursday night and also added four new tires that needed to be replaced at the next service. And, he had my car ready for pickup at 3 pm. He even had my car washed. Fantastic service for sure. Sharron B

I was very upset by my service today. First, when I am standing Ione to be waited on a couple who came in behind me who were coming to pick up their car were helped first without any acknowledgement by Mariela that perhaps their transaction would be quick or to ask if it were ok to take them first. Their transaction was no faster than my own ended up being. And even when it was my turn there was still no “sorry about that” or other acknowledgement. Then, I was told my car would be ready by 11. But at 11:45 I still had not been contacted so I called the office to be told “oh your car is done but we didn’t have a phone number to call you”. This is unacceptable. 1-seems like this information should be confirmed prior to my leaving. 2-since she referred me to her colleague who arranged a Lyft for me using her as a resource to procure my number seems like a thoughtful strategy. And 3-since I saw on the order the office has my email address even an email attempt to contact me seems at the very least an intent to contact me. But instead I was disregarded for a SECOND time. Additional training or a move to a non-customer interface may need worth considering as even one customer to be treated in such a way is enough to lose business. I know you have lost mine.

My visit today was less than extraordinary. Normally I am happy with my visits but today I was not. Earlier this week I called to request a car wash be added to my service. I was told a couple visits ago that although these are complimentary I needed to give a notice. I thought this was odd at first because Long Beach Subaru where I purchased my vehicle, do car washes every visit. Well no matter I started calling the last couple times and they added it into the notes no problem. However Cheryl the girl I spoke with told me to just tell the advisor. I asked if she could pretty please add it into the notes anyways and she did not. I felt that for a customer service rep she was a bit rude to me. So I went in for my service, asked if they could add the car wash and they did. I received a text a couple hours later saying my car was ready to be picked up. I arrived 30 minutes later and my car was NOT ready. I believe it was waiting to be washed and I spent an additional hour waiting for the car to be washed. I understand that it was probably very busy, but as I said before my previous visits have been very smooth, they add the car wash and its pleasant. This time was not, and I did not appreciate Cheryl when I spoke with her on the phone. Thank you for reading, next time I would like to be notified when my car is FULLY ready and car washes to be done every time I take it in. Thank you again for taking the time to read this
