This was a bad experience I ever had at your location. First of all, I didn’t request to be assigned to him but I did. So I had to wait for him to show up after I arrived for more than 10 minutes when I dropped off the car. Then, when I asked him regarding the recall of the Airbag on the passenger side, the answer was not clear. When he called later to tell me about Tech’s recommendation, I couldn’t understood those terms so I asked hike to wrote it down for me when I pick up the car, it was not done either.
When I told Chris I was not happy with the SIX hour estimated service time for putting on my splash guards, she went, reassigned the car to a different worker, & I was out the door in 2 hours- much better.
Jamie was one of the best service advisors I’ve ever had. Of the three Subaru dealers I’m familiar with, Sierra Subaru is tops!!! Great job and will be back next time vehicle needs service.
