IF the Multi-Point Inspection Form was PROPERLY completed, especially the date and identity of the vehicle being serviced and its certification by an authorized supervisor signifying all required tasks were completed to Subaru high standards, WOULD have made the exercise less perfunctory and at least worth the papers it was printed on and SHOULD reflect the image of high standards valued by Subaru as by all automobile manufacturers of reputation. The Warranty & Maintenance hand-booklet, impressively printed, WOULD have served as a badge of professionalism, HAD it been properly used as undoubtedly intended by Subaru.

Brake pad replacement quote I got on the phone was wrong, since they didn’t check the trim level of the car after I gave the VIN. Then Rafael called me to upsell me on rotors without explicitly mentioning that I had the option not to replace them. This would have costed $1k more AND didn’t even have them in stock. He mentioned beforehand that the rotors might need to be replaced anyway since the pads were scraping, but why do I have to confirm twice that I don’t need what I didn’t come in for?
Then I pick up the car, everything is fine. Then 2 hours later I get a text that the car is ready to be picked up. Overall really incohesive experience.
