Rafael was incredible! He was not only friendly but well informed and efficient. We have purchased both of our Subarus in the past six years from Subaru Pacific and would commute there for service until we started to receive subpar service. We tried the Subaru in Glendale (where we live) and it’s just terrible for many reasons. So we decided to try our luck with the Monrovia Subaru and we are so glad we did. We will definitely come back to continue servicing our car and trading ours in next September. You have a star employee, Rafael is great!
