A number of services were recommended on top of my minor service, which I appreciate to keep my vehicle in good shape. However the price quoted for each of these line items was ridiculously high and very expensive. I’ve always taken my car to Subaru service departments, in a number of different cities but this was the most shocking price-gouging I’ve experienced. I called up the service department in my hometown and the quoted me a price that was approx. 50% of what your service department quoted me. Additionally, when I got my car back, all of the contents of the middle console had been taken out and left in a pile in the backseat. Not sure why they would ever need to do that and why they left it in a mess instead of returning the contents.

Rafael was most helpful and very knowledgeable. He answer all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. Rafael us very polite and friendly, goes out of his way to answer questions, and kept me informed of the status of work. I will be pleased to have him work with me and look forward to having him advise me of any repairs or services that i need. on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest, I give rafael a 10! thank you for all of your help, rafael.
