I was told this recall would take approximately 3 to 4 hours and it took like 45 minutes. Fantastic! The driver to take me home was right there The gentleman explained that my car had been given the “once over” and was in great shape. No inconvenience whatsoever. Was driving my car home within 90 minutes, only because my ride back to the dealership was not ready.

Despite not having an appointment the express service was remarkable & car was finished on time as promised. It’s very clear that the service department is under staffed & in order to continue service during this pandemic more employees need to be provided for this service department up front. You can’t have one individual moving all the cars coming into service & the vehicles that are leaving after being serviced.
Rafael was so courteous why my needs. Super Professional person. Attentive and straight to the point but with the patience to answer any & all questions I had. A great employee to have within the team.
After having a recall on my vehicle, it was returned over a month later with a smoking engine and burning oil smell. Candis said they would rectify whatever problem it was. She also said she would call the next day with an update on my vehicle. The following day I did not receive any call or update. After numerous calls to the dealership trying to find out information on my vehicle, I received a phone call several days later. Additionally, they lowered our gas tank significantly and returned the vehicle with dirty plastic on the seat and dirty paper on the floor board that they did not clean up after using. I do not think I will return to this location for services for fear that my vehicle will not be returned in the same state.

Rafael is consistently helping me out with my car. He is patient and explains things that I don’t understand and helps me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. He effectively communicates with me by updating me on parts and leaving me voicemails about my tire check ups. This is very important to me because I have a big camping trip coming up that I’d like to be prepared for. A big thanks to Rafael for fitting me into his schedule to accommodate my work hours.
