Edgar and John helped make purchasing our new Outback an enjoyable experience. They helped us meet our goal and find our new family car! The sunshade experience was quite an interesting one, but thanks to Edgar for making it happen and having it delivered personally to my house. Truly great customer service. I would recommend to any family and friends to purchase their Subaru from Monrovia Sierra Subaru as this is our third vehicle with them now.

There was some issue with a check engine light that was related to eyesight. Turned out it was some weird reason but when they cleared the issue, the check engine come back on! I dropped the car off with 20 miles left in the tank and after Steven told me they took it for a 10 mile drive to make sure the check engine was clear I was afraid I wouldn’t make it home. When I returned to pick up the car the same day they had even filled the tank half way!

I was pleased with Mr. Hyman and your service team’s work today but I wasn't happy about the 4 hours wait. Had a 9:00am appointment but didn’t get done until 1:30pm...half of the day is gone!!! It messed my day, I have to rearranged my other appointments and rescheduling. I think 4 hours was just too long for oil change and break job. What’s the point to schedule an appointment ahead of the time? It was a very stressful experience.

They were unable to find my keys when I arrived to pick up my car. I had to wait for ten minutes until they finally found them. My car was not ready by the promised release time stated on the paperwork

They did a good job on covering the scratch that my car had no hassle didn’t take long and they notified me when it was done the day they told me it should be done
